Chillin at the Canvas Gallery

I don't know if I've shared recently here, but I've moved recently, from Russian Hill, to the Inner Sunset, in San Francisco.

It's been a great change all around.  Even though I'm further away from downtown, it's actually an easier commute.  Where I live is "quieter", rather than the busynes of downtown SF, but, I'm still only a couple of blocks from a "small downtown".

San Francisco has a lot of "small downtowns", such as Noe Valley, the Haight, etc - where there are at least 5 blocks of banks, food, laundry, etc.  And in Inner Sunset, I'm a couple of blocks away from the Inner Sunset small downtown.

Which mean - the great thing about city living - everything is WALKABLE.

I've also found one fo the best places - ever - for cafes in San Francisco, the Canvas Gallery.

Little funky music venue, coffee shop, game center, wifi hotspot, food, drink, couches, bar, as well as being right next to Golden Gate Park.

Right now, it's open mic night, so while I write this, listening to, so far, 3 different bands, singing three songs each.

I love San Francisco.

And yes, C4 is absolutey correct here - Starbucks sucks.
